We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your WTXcrafting products. Our craftsman will crete and inspect your orders prior to shipping. If for whatever reason, your item is damaged or breaks during normal use due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair it at no cost to you or replace it with a product of equal value.
All of our products are shipped with instructions for the care of your item, to help give you a lifetime of joy with your product.
For products that have normal wear and tear parts, such as the feet on walking canes, we sell replacements to bring them back to new condition.
For leather products, it is normal for them to become worn and scuffed due to use. This is both natural and needs to be expected.
